During my thirteenth year, I developed a strong passion for gymnastics, following years of involvement in various sports like taekwondo and karate since the age of six. Enthusiastically, I enrolled in a local gym and paid the required fees, eager to begin gymnastics classes. However, upon arriving the next day, I learned that gymnastics sessions were no longer offered at the gym. Despite my disappointment, I committed to a month’s membership as advised, seeking to make the most of my time there. The gym’s coach provided me with a training schedule, which I diligently followed. However, my eagerness sometimes led me to overexert myself, prompting the coach to intervene and adjust my regimen. His guidance, including a structured program divided into five distinct segments for each day of the week, proved invaluable. By inadvertently completing all five segments in a single day, I accelerated my progress significantly. Remarkably, over three decades later, I continue my athletic journey as a powerlifter and bench press champion, a testament to the enduring impact of that early passion for physical fitness.

My unwavering commitment sets me apart from my peers. For almost two decades, I’ve maintained a strict practice regimen, prioritizing exercise above all else. Even on special occasions like birthdays, weddings, or New Year’s celebrations, I’ve stayed true to my routine. Through the peak years of my youth, when my muscles were at their strongest, I never wavered, laying the groundwork for my continued involvement in this sport.
